Our story
Canyon Lake Property Co. was founded by lifelong Hill Country residents who saw a need for honest, hands-on property management in a region where most owners live out of area. We started with a handful of homes on Canyon Lake and have grown steadily — always prioritizing relationships over volume.
We work exclusively in the Canyon Lake and Spring Branch corridor. That focus means we know every neighborhood, every contractor, and every quirk of the local rental market. When something needs attention, we handle it — no runaround, no delays.
